History
The Bay State Seniors Golf Association was founded on March 4, 1961 at Brae Burn Country Club, with 87 prominent Massachusetts golfers from across the State. The first annual tournament was held in June of that year at Tedesco Country Club. From then on, under the guidance of the founding fathers, the Bay State Seniors has grown into a unique organization. The present membership is dedicated to continuing the tradition of the past—"Congenial Golf and Dinner Gatherings"—long into the future.
In the Charter Members link on this page there is a list of the 87 charter members of Bay State Seniors Golf Association who put this organization in motion 58 years ago.
